Donard Ghosts

Donard Ghosts was established in 2005 by a group of published writers. As professional authors they have been through the process of turning an idea into a story and then selling that story to a publisher. Between them our writers have hundreds of books published, in every conceivable genre.

Following a drive to recruit only the most experienced and professional writers and editors, we launched our website in 2006. Since 2005 the number of writers and editors on our books has increased to over one hundred, each carefully selected through a recruitment process that is the most rigorous in the industry. Although most of our writers are based in the US and UK, we do have writers from other countries and we always try to match a client with a writer from their country. If this is not possible we will let you know before we proceed and you will be given the option to withdraw from the service that you have paid for and you will receive a full refund.

Although the size of our company has increased greatly in recent years, we still believe in that personal touch. We are proud to offer a level of service that cannot be matched by any other ghost-writing and editing company.  Our services are excellent value for money and much more flexible than those offered by other ghost-writing services. Our writers and editors will be happy to discuss your project at any time but they will never advise you on the wisdom of paying to have your book ghost-written. It can be incredibly difficult to get a book published by a major publisher and we can not guarantee that your book will get a publisher—though we do offer a service where you will get your money back if no publisher can be found (click here).  We do have the ability to publish your book, but it is important to note that this is in no way comparable to securing a publishing deal with another publisher. We will not pay you an advance if we publish your book and we will not spend vast amounts of money advertising your book, like a traditional publisher will. Your book will be available to order through most bookshops around the world but that does not mean that it will appear on the shelves of every bookshop—it is up to each individual bookshop to decide which books they sell.
