Editing Service

You will be assigned a personal editor (with at least 10 years experience) who will contact you shortly after you pay for the service. Your editor will guide you through the process.  Your editor will correct a copy of your manuscript, working on grammar, spelling and punctuation.

Suggestions will be made for plot development, character development and other areas that could be refined or improved. Inconsistencies in style, facts, or plot will be highlighted.  Your editor will also point out where the strengths of your story are to be found.

A detailed report of your work will be sent to you along with a copy of your manuscript with errors etc. clearly marked on it.  You may or may not adopt changes suggested by your editor and any of the issues raised in the evaluation can be discussed with your editor at any time. You will be able to follow the progress of your project on your unique Project Management Page (see example).

Please note:  The current waiting time before a manuscript is returned with corrections and a report is 14 - 21 days.  This time will start from the moment that your payment clears and we get a copy of your manuscript.  If the work is not completed within the stated time you will be provided with a full refund. You must send us the work in a readable format and in English.
