Your Rights

You can cancel any order placed with us within 28 days without providing an explanation. After 28 days, refunds are discretionary. All work is covered by our no quibble, money back guarantee.  PayPal provides you with an independent means to complain should you not be entirely satisfied with the service that we provide. You can lodge a dispute through PayPal up to 45 days after placing an order.

Full-length Manuscript

Laura will be available to write a full-length manuscript between June and October, 2010. You can book this slot now by contacting our helpdesk. The total cost for a 100,000 word manuscript is £25,000 ($38,000).  To secure this slot, a deposit of £5000 ($7500) must be paid in advance.

If your book isn’t picked up by a publisher within 6 months you will receive a full refund.
