If you find that your payment is declined, or you only get part of the way through the process before things appear to go wrong, please don’t panic. PayPal, like all trustworthy payment processors, have a number of safeguards in place to help prevent fraud and protect its users. The most common problem encounter by our customers happens because they are not PayPal members. There are limits (please check with PayPal for current limits) to the amount that non-registered users can spend. The service you are trying to purchase may take you over that limit. Please contact our helpdesk for other ways to pay, or other options if you still want to use PayPal - you may be able to pay part of the bill now, and the rest at a later date when the limits imposed by PayPal are no longer a problem.
