If you find that your payment is declined, or you only get part of the way through the process before things appear to go wrong, we should be able to help you. PayPal, like all trustworthy payment processors, have a number of safeguards in place to help prevent fraud and protect its users.  You do not need to register with PayPal to check out using their industry leading, secure payment system, but there are limits (please check with PayPal for current limits) to the amount that non-registered users can spend.  The service you are trying to purchase may take you over that limit.  Please contact our helpdesk and let us know which service you are having difficulty paying for and we should be able to get your payment authorised.

DO NOT under any circumstances send us your credit card details or PayPal login details. We will never ask for those details. If you are trying to pay for a special offer that is about to end, send us an e-mail an we will put a hold on the service for you until we can contact PayPal.
