Money back guarantee.
All our writing services come with a 100% money back guarantee. If the agreed work is not carried out in the time stated we will refund all of your money and still write the book for you. The guarantee does not apply if you refuse to provide the writer with the necessary information to complete the work. The time agreed only begins when we receive the material necessary to write the project and when your payment has cleared. If this does happen we will charge you for any work completed and not carry out any further work - the contract will become void. For special offers, we do not carry out lengthy research for projects such as biographies - all such material must be provided by you to the writer. We reserve the right not to carry out work on a particular project. In such instances you will be informed and your payment cancelled or fully refunded.
A money back publishing guarantee applies to our Special Offers and our Complete Service. When the book has been written we will find you a publisher within 12 months or you will have your money refunded in full. You do not have to accept the publisher we find for your book or the advance they offer but to refuse invalidates the guarantee. The publisher will not be a vanity or self-publisher and they will offer payment for the book. This offer only applies to projects started on or after the 1st of June, 2008.
Discretion.
Discretion is a priority for us. We will never discuss your project with anyone outside our company. If we do we will be liable to pay compensation. By agreeing to carry out the work we are agreeing to total discretion.
1000 Word Sample.
We reserve the right not to write the sample if we feel that the service is being abused by an individual, or group. In such instances all fees paid will be returned. The writer who writes the sample will remain available for one week from completion of the work. You have one week to decide if you wish to use this writer. After this time the writer may be re-assigned.

We as a company and the writers that work for us do so under the laws and regulations of the United Kingdom of Great Britain. Any legal matters arising from the use of our services will only be resolved through UK courts.
