The story idea and other information provided by you will still belong to you and you are free to have the work carried out elsewhere, however, the work carried out by our writer cannot be used. In other words, if you are unhappy with the finished work, even after a re-write, you will get a full refund. You cannot publish the work carried out by our writer or send it to publishers or literary agents for consideration.

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel any of order placed with us within 28 days of placing it.  You will receive a full refund but any work carried out on your project within that time will not be sent to you.
